A new theme: Building today to lead tomorrow

We have adopted the theme “Building Today to Lead Tomorrow.” This means, we are building the structure we need to support
our vision to lead the sector - just as you’ve asked.

This year, you’ll see:

  • Recruitment for several new positions
  • A new group purchasing program
  • New online communities
  • Stronger advocacy
  • More opportunities for members to have a voice

Three Pillars of Service

ONPHA has an ambitious action plan to achieve our vision. It is based on 3 key pillars of service: 
  1. Provider Effectiveness – enabling providers to do their best work. ONPHA will provide tools and knowledge so providers can achieve the best outcomes for their residents and their communities.
  2. Sector Excellence – fostering collaboration to solve housing problems. ONPHA will create space for members to work collectively to share and build knowledge and expertise to be world leaders in the delivery of community housing.
  3. Sector Leadership – strengthening influence. ONPHA will lead to expand and strengthen our influence with decision makers and others who have an impact on affordable housing in Ontario and Canada.
