BCM Community Grants Program (Investing in Niagara)
Bertie and Clinton Mutual Insurance (BCM) – a Welland-based company – is investing back into the community with a grant program to benefit equipment purchases and capital projects (up to $50,000), as well as special community events (up to $25,000).

Social housing providers are eligible for special incentives including
Advance 50% of eligible financial incentive funding before project starts and after project approval by your local hydro company.
- Gap grant funding: Double the participant incentive capped at 50% of the project cost.

Affordable Housing Conservation Program
Union Gas's Affordable Housing Conservation Program helps housing providers fund improvements to increase energy efficiency and resident comfort on their properties, helping to repay capital outlay with rebates and ongoing savings. As part of the program, Union Gas will cover up to 50% of the total cost of the improvements.
Eligibility criteria: Must be a Union Gas customer and a low-income or affordable housing provider (municipal, non-profit or co-op). Program applies to multi-family buildings greater than 3 stories, with natural gas heating and/or natural gas make up air. Further eligibility information is available at the link below.
Home Depot Canada Foundation | Orange Door Project Grants
Provides funding to Canadian registered charities making repairs, refurbishments and/or modifications to a housing accommodation or other support facility that benefits homeless youth. Maximum grant: $50,000.

The objective of the Assistive Devices Program (ADP) is to provide consumer centered support and funding to Ontario residents who have long-term physical disabilities and to provide access to personalized assistive devices appropriate for the individual’s basic needs.

March of Dimes Canada - The Home and Vehicle Modification Program
March of Dimes Canada's Home & Vehicle Modification Program provides funding for basic home and/or vehicle modifications. The program is intended to assist permanent Ontario residents with a substantial impairment expected to last one year or more, with their disability management.
