Keynote: This IS your journey - Demonstrating leadership in times of disruption

Marnie McBean, O.C., OLY, is one of Canada's most decorated Olympians, and an expert in turning potential into performance. She is currently the chef de mission of Team Canada's Tokyo 2020 Olympic Team. As a former Specialist in Olympic Athlete Preparation and mentoring for the Canadian Olympic Committee and Team, McBean prepared athletes emotionally and psychologically to ensure that they performed at the highest level. Drawing on her years of experience with the COC and as a top competitor, she'll leave the audience with tips and tools for excelling in leadership during times of disruption.
