Housing Meets AI: Lessons from the Netherlands

Tuesday, December 2, 2025 | 11 AM – 12 PM

Join us for the fifth session in the Housing Passport series as we bring global innovation into Ontario’s community housing sector.

Peter Weenink, CorpoNet board member and Information Manager at Kleurrijk Wonen (Colorful Living) in the Netherlands, will share practical AI and automation strategies transforming housing corporations in Europe. Ontario housing providers will learn how to implement these ideas to make operations more efficient and tenant services stronger.

Explore real-world AI applications you can use today, including:

  • AI and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in action: Real-world examples of how automated agents and processes streamline operations and reduce administrative burden.
  • Smarter, more efficient workflows: How AI is helping housing organizations work faster, make better decisions, and improve tenant services.
  • Supporting staff through change: Strategies to close the gap between rapid technology adoption and staff readiness while keeping innovation inclusive and accessible.
  • Transforming research, policy, and collaboration: Innovative approaches to data-driven decision-making and cross-team collaboration, with insights Ontario providers can apply locally.
  • Lessons from European AI regulations: What housing providers can learn from Europe’s evolving rules to ensure ethical and compliant AI use.

Whether you’re curious about AI, looking for practical insights, or seeking inspiration for innovation in your organization, this is your chance to bring new ideas home.
