Every member uses our services differently. Our core and upgraded memberships allow you to choose the level of service you need.

Fees
Your membership fees depend on the number of units you operate. Housing providers with fewer than 500 units can choose between core and upgraded memberships.

Housing providers with more than 500 units automatically receive an upgraded membership.
