Standard First Aid CPR & AED (Level C)

15 hours

Designed to comply with the CSA Z1210-17 Standard. This course meets Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) and Workplace First Aid (WFA) standards.

This level is for individuals requiring comprehensive information on First Aid and CPR for their workplace, school, or personal interest.

Upon completion, participants receive a certificate valid for three years.

Emergency First Aid CPR & AED (Level C)

5 hours

Designed to comply with the CSA Z1210-17 Standard.

This level is for individuals requiring basic information on First Aid and CPR for their workplace, school, or personal interest.

Upon completion, participants receive a certificate valid for three years.

Mental Health and Wellness for the Workplace

This one-day course helps participants better recognize the signs of possible mental health injuries and how/where to get help.

Opioid Poisoning Response Training

Learn a trauma-informed and destigmatized approach to opioid poisoning awareness.

This includes information on stigma & harm reduction, how to respond to an opioid poisoning, how to administer nasal naloxone and self-care for the responder after a traumatic event.

One-on-one First Aid CPR sessions

Get tailored, private training! Our First Aid CPR training sessions can be customized to meet your specific requirements and can accommodate a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 18 students per on-site session.
