Includes services such as: conducting strategic reviews of the organization to identify strengths and gaps in the current business model, exploring potential business renewal options, setting out a course of action to transition the organization to a new funding model, and more.

Includes services such as: providing implementation plans, helping organizations explore options such as mergers, expansions, divestitures, or closures, project management, negotiation mediation, legal drafting of agreements, and transition planning.

STEP Grant
ONPHA members 6–12 months from a new funding agreement can apply for our STEP Grant to support service manager negotiations. Funded by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, the grant provides up to $15,000 to one housing provider per service manager area. The funds are to help offset the cost of negotiating their new funding agreement.
Successful applicants will be matched with one of our STEP consultants. Our goal is to leverage this first group to help streamline the process for providers who will soon be entering negotiations.
